Description
A site study for a proposed new Courtyard by Marriott high-rise hotel with meeting spaces, and ballrooms.
Challenge
The client requested a set of site logistics plans to be shared with a representative of the neighboring building, who has no construction experience or expertise.
They needed an approach that would allow the client to clearly communicate the conditions affecting the site and the desired easements to facilitate the construction of the building.
Solution
We delivered a set of infographics highlighting the site easements in PDF format, along with a short animated sequence representing the flying form-work table process.
